One of the great things about baseball is its ability to produce lively thought and discussion among those with a passion for the game. You may have a favorite team, but your love for the game and the things involved with it supersedes all. In my opinion, JoAnn Fastoff has captured that in her book “White Sox and Other Baseball Worth Mentioning for Women”. What an absolutely great read – even if you’re a Cubs fan. So many topics covered in 100 pages. They all bring that “baseball smile” to your face. I would add three words to the title “…and Guys Too”. Way to go, JoAnn; your book is a baseball home run!
