The diamond industry has a lot of blood on its hands. Four diamond couriers in Philadelphia have been found robbed and murdered in a twenty-two month period. Each body has been found with chainlink around its neck. When a fifth body shows up with keys in his stomach, The FBI in Washington, D.C. is called to Philadelphia to help unravel the mystery because there are “dirty” cops involved in illegal activities.
